The Elderly Statutory Board (Leading Board of Directors) of the New Covenant Church has decided, in decision no. 2 dated 15 July 2002, to readdress and reestablish the TEAM Missionary Movement (an initiative set for already from 1993) and did set directions for establishing the BOHECA to promote God’s qualities (Institutional Christian Quality Standarts-ICQD), implementing Like-Christ Like-Scripture (LC-LS) training for church growth, fulfilling the church’s mission, providing and establishing Higher Theological Education Standards and Accreditations (TCED-SA), and supporting the body of Christ, believers, and Christian organizations.

The New Covenant Church serves as the institutional leader and acts as the legal and spiritual umbrella for TEAM and BOHECA, as recognized by the state:
